The ambassador of Iraq in Beirut receives a delegation of
Palestinian Association for Human Rights "witness"
The Iraqi Ambassador in Lebanon Mr. Omar Barzanji, met a delegation from the Palestinian Association for Human Rights "Witness", which included the Director of the Association, Mahmoud Al Hanafi, and the Public Relations and Media coordinator Mohammad al-Shouli, and the representative of the association in Tyre area Mahmoud Dawood.
The delegation discussed with Ambassador the conditions of Palestinian refugees in general, and the conditions of Palestinian refugees in Iraq, and particularly the Palestinian refugees from Iraqi in Lebanon, as well as the life problems they face, and the problems of their IDS and how to renew their travel documents.
From his side, the Iraqi ambassador welcomed the delegation, noting their efforts that they have been exerting to defense the rights of Palestinians refugees in Lebanon, and promising them to find an appropriate mechanism to solve the problems of Palestinian refugees from Iraqi in Lebanon the near future.
