The Indonesian ambassador in Lebanon meet a delegation from the
Palestinian Association for Human Rights "Witness"
The Indonesian Ambassador in Lebanon Mr. "Dimas Samodra Rum" met a delegation from the Palestinian Association for Human Rights "Witness", which included the public relations and media coordinator Mohammed al-Shouli, and responsible of development resources Mustafa Younes, on Wednesday, 23/05/2012, at the embassy in Beirut.
The visiting delegation have presented a comprehensive explanation for the ambassador about the reality of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon in various aspects of life, especially the reality of misery and deprivation that the Palestinian refugees suffered in their camps in Lebanon, as well as that Lebanese state is still ignore and deprive the Palestinian refugees from their civil, economic and social rights. The first secretary at the embassy Mr. Ahmad Aref Radan Has also joined the meeting.
The Ambassador has emphasized his great solidarity and sympathy with Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, and his willingness to make every possible effort to reduce their suffering, and His intention to research about the possibility to secure opportunities of study for the Palestinian students to study in vocational centers or universities.
At the end of the meeting the visiting delegation presented to the Ambassador a copy of the annual report about reality of the rights and situation of the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon that had issued by "Witness" in 2011.
