November 2025 Harvest Demolition, Executions, and Targeting of Children in Crimes Amounting to War Crimes

The Palestinian Foundation for Human Rights (Shahed) condemns the serious escalation of Israeli crimes and violations in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, during the month of November 2025, which represents a continuation of a systematic policy targeting Palestinian civilians and undermining their resilience.

According to field follow-up and documented human rights reports, the past month witnessed summary executions and extrajudicial killings, as the occupation forces committed direct executions against Palestinians after they were besieged or arrested, including the murder of citizens in Jenin after they raised their hands and surrendered. In addition, 7 children were killed during military incursions in several areas, including children in Al-Yamun, Al-Fara'a, Kafr Aqab, and Beit Ummar, in a flagrant violation of the principles of military necessity and the protection of children in armed conflicts. Among them were 12 civilians and 7 children, in addition to dozens of wounded, in a clear pattern of excessive use of force and direct sniping without any real threat, as happened in Kafr Aqab and the villages around Jerusalem.

He also recorded the continuation of medical negligence and the increase in the frequency of deaths inside prisons, including the death of the prisoner Mohammed Gwadara (63 years old) in "Janot Prison" amid ambiguity surrounding his medical conditions, which opens serious questions about a systematic policy targeting the lives of detainees.

Fourth: Demolition of Houses and Structures

This month, 34 structures were demolished, including 33 homes, most of which were completely demolished, displacing dozens of families. The demolitions come within the framework of a policy of collective punishment and changing demographic realities, in violation of international humanitarian law, in particular the Fourth Geneva Convention.

On the other hand, the settlers' attacks continued in an organized and widespread manner, under the protection of the occupation forces, through the burning of houses, the uprooting of trees, and the shooting of civilians, as part of an organized network of violence aimed at displacing the indigenous population and controlling the land.

The Palestinian Foundation for Human Rights (Shahed) asserts that documented patterns of violations — including intentional killings, extrajudicial executions, mass demolitions, land grabbings, and the targeting of children — amount to war crimes under the Rome Statute and crimes against humanity as being carried out in a widespread and systematic manner. It calls for:

1️⃣ Immediately open an international investigation by the International Criminal Court into the crimes of summary executions and the targeting of children.

2️⃣ Sending an international fact-finding commission to the West Bank to document ongoing abuses.

3️⃣ Protect civilians and hold accountable those responsible for killing children and targeting journalists and medics.

4️⃣ Stop all forms of demolitions and settlements as a direct violation of international law.

5️Demand that States parties to the Geneva Conventions fulfil their obligations to protect civilians in the occupied territories.
