"Witness" discuss with Turkish Ambassador
The reality of the human rights of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon
In the context of their work to reveal the reality conditions of the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon for the Arab and international diplomatic missions that existing in Lebanon, a delegation of "Witness" discussed with the Turkish ambassador in Lebanon the harsh conditions of the Palestinian refugees at his office in the embassy, where the visitor delegation presented a detailed explanation about the reality and suffering of the refugees within the camps and Palestinian gatherings, in order to increase the Turkish support. The visitor delegation also presented a copy of the annual report for 2011 that had issued by the Association recently.
From his part, the Turkish Ambassador is highly commended the outstanding role of "Witness" that shed light on the reality of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon in order to find a humanitarian solution for them.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation of "Witness" presented a badge of honor for the Turkish ambassador as recognition for the advanced role of Turkey, its government and people along with the Palestinian cause.
In the same field, the delegation of Palestinian Association for Human Rights "witness" had visited the Turkish camp that relating to the UNIFIL troops and met with the commanders of it in south Lebanon.
