The
Palestinian Association for Human Rights (witness) convict the heinous crime
that targeted innocent Muslim civilians in two mosques in Christchurch during
Friday prayers, which resulted in the death of more than 49 people and the
wounding of dozens including children by the Australian Brenton Tarant, a
28-year- He knows he is an ideological person, author and researcher.
The
murderer Tarrant filmed his crime and broadcast it on social media sites for
more than 15 minutes.
It
is clear that this attack was the result of prior planning and premeditated and
monitored, and therefore that the inclusion of the Prime Minister in the
violence is condemned, as this massacre is a terrorist act against civilians in
accordance with the United Nations classification on international terrorism in
1972, where Terrorism is "the use or threat of unlawful violence with a
view to achieving a particular political objective". While the ICC defines
it as "the use or threat of force for political change, or the systematic killing of civilians or
threats to create an atmosphere of terror and humiliation for innocent persons
for political gain, or the unlawful use of violence against persons and
property to force civilians Or their government to comply with political
objectives "
